1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all orders placed through the Para Casa online store (the "Store") by consumers and businesses, regardless of the country from which the order is placed. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on the Store at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.

3. Conclusion of Contract

Product listings displayed in our Store are not legally binding offers to sell. They are an invitation for you to place an order with us.

When you click the order button at the end of the checkout process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart. After you place your order, we will send you an email acknowledging that we have received it; this acknowledgement, on its own, does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A binding contract of sale is formed only once we accept your order — either by sending you a separate order acceptance email or by shipping the goods to you, whichever happens first.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices shown on product pages are quoted in USD and include statutory VAT and any other mandatory price components, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown to you during checkout, before you place your order, so you can review the full order total before paying.

We currently ship to the following regions:

• United Kingdom

Shipping is offered free of charge on orders placed through the Store. Any applicable shipping charge, or confirmation that shipping is free, is always displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you in writing. We accept the following payment methods, which are presented to you during checkout:

• Apple Pay

Not every payment method may be available for every order, depending on factors such as your delivery address or checks carried out by our payment providers. The methods available to you will always be shown at checkout.

6. Delivery

Orders are typically processed and handed to our shipping carrier within 1–2 business days of the contract being concluded or, where applicable, receipt of payment. Once dispatched, delivery generally takes a further 2–4 business days, depending on the destination and the carrier used. These are estimated timeframes rather than guaranteed delivery dates, unless we have expressly confirmed otherwise to you in writing.

Risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods passes to you on delivery, or on handover to the first carrier if you have arranged shipping yourself.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full. Until title has passed to you, you must handle the goods with reasonable care and may not dispose of, pledge, or otherwise encumber them.

8. Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. We bear the cost of return shipping. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. As an alternative to a refund, we are also happy to arrange an exchange where you would prefer to receive a replacement item instead.

9. Warranty

In addition to any statutory warranty rights that may apply to you under applicable law, products purchased from the Store are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If you believe a product you purchased is defective, please contact us using the details in Section 2 above so that we can review your claim and advise on next steps.

Nothing in this Section limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have as a consumer, which remain unaffected.

10. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any concerns about your order or these Terms directly and informally. If you have a complaint, please contact us first using the details in Section 2 so we can work with you toward a resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between us, either party remains free to pursue the matter through the courts or any other dispute resolution channel available under the governing law referenced below.

11. Governing Law

These Terms, and any order placed through the Store, are governed by the laws of the United States, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

Should any individual provision of these Terms be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
