Warranty

Overview

We want every purchase from Para Casa to hold up over time. This Warranty Policy explains your statutory rights as a consumer, the additional manufacturer warranty that applies to eligible products, and exactly how to report a fault so we can put things right as quickly as possible.

Statutory warranty

All goods purchased from us are covered by the statutory warranty for defects that applies under applicable consumer protection law. If an item you receive is faulty β€” meaning it does not match its description, is not fit for its intended purpose, or is otherwise defective β€” you are entitled to a remedy. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

  • Repair of the faulty item, or
  • Replacement with the same or an equivalent product, or, where the law allows,
  • A price reduction or a full refund.

These statutory rights exist independently of any manufacturer warranty and are not limited or reduced by it.

Manufacturer warranty

Where a product carries an additional manufacturer warranty, it applies for 2 years from the date of purchase. This manufacturer warranty sits on top of, and does not replace, your statutory rights described above β€” it simply gives you extra protection for the stated period.

The manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship arising under normal use. It does not extend to damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.

How this differs from returns

This warranty is separate from our standard return policy, which allows returns within 30 days of delivery for any reason. If your item is unwanted rather than faulty and you are still within that 30-day window, please use our regular return process instead. If a fault appears after that window, or you believe an item is defective, the warranty process below applies.

Reporting a fault

If you believe a product is defective, please contact us at contact@paracasa.store. To help us resolve your claim as quickly as possible, please include:

  1. Your order number;
  2. A clear description of the fault, including when it appeared and under what circumstances; and
  3. Photos or video of the issue, where possible.

Once we've reviewed your claim, we'll let you know the next steps β€” whether that's a repair, a replacement, or another remedy in line with your statutory rights. We aim to handle every warranty claim promptly and fairly.
